ESC acts as a facilitator to facilitate Joint Ventures, Collaborations, Sub-Contracting tie-ups, technology transfer etc.

ESC maintains a comprehensive database of the industry, companies, products and capabilities of all the major players and SMEs.

• INDIASOFT series of events : To cater to the needs of the small and medium IT companies, ESC organises INDIASOFT – IT Exhibition and Conferences in February each year at New Delhi. Indian IT companies exhibit their capabilities during the event and buyers are invited from around the world to visit the exhibition. Conferences on contemporary themes are also organised simultaneously during the event. Thus, INDIASOFT provides an excellent opportunity the Indian IT companies to interact with delegates from over 40 companies and the foreign delegates are able to know about the capabilities of the Indian small and medium IT companies.
  
  
• To give a new impetus to Indian exporters for overcoming the language barrier for diversification of their export into the Japanese and German IT market, ESC has initiated a scheme namely Language Related Market Access Facilitation. Under the scheme, 75% of the expenditure on the tuition fee is reimbursed.
